A Abdul Rahman has more than 11 years of experience in civil litigation and commercial disputes, including five years of exclusive experience in taxation. He specialises in litigation and advisory support related to Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Tax and Banking Law. His combined litigation and advisory practice supports clients through strategic tax planning and dispute resolution.
Abdul has advised business clients across a range of industries and acts as a retainer for various accounting firms across India. He has represented more than 200 clients before the High Court of Madras.
He is actively involved in formulating litigation strategies and appears before various fora across India, including State High Courts, Tribunals, the Authority for Advance Rulings (AAR) and multiple appellate and adjudicating authorities.
Before founding his own firm, he was, and continues to be, associated with M/s. Nathan and Associates, a corporate legal firm, as Senior Partner, specialising in bank-related cases, National Company Law Tribunal matters, taxation and allied laws.
