Abdul has more than 11 years of experience in civil litigation and commercial disputes and have an exclusive 5 years’ experience in Indirect Taxation. He specializes in litigation and advisory support services related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) & Income Taxation and Banking Law.
Biography
Abdul’s dual specialization in both litigation and advisory services allows him to deliver holistic support to clients, guiding them through the complexities of strategic tax planning and dispute resolution. Abdul’s is actively involved in formulating litigation strategies and represents clients, arguing before various fora across India, including various State High Courts, Tribunals, the Authority for Advance Rulings (AAR) and multiple Appellate and Adjudicating Authorities.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Law., he was associated with M/s. Nathan and Associates a Corporate legal firm as Partner specialising in Bank related cases, National Company Law tribunals, Taxation and allied laws.
Experience
Abdul has extensive experience advising a wide range of business clients across industries and holds a retainership for various accounting firms across India. And have represented more than 200 clients before the High Court of Madras.
