Abdul is an experienced legal professional with over 11 years of practice in civil litigation and commercial disputes, complemented by 5 years of exclusive experience in Indirect Taxation. His practice focuses on Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Taxation, Banking Law, and commercial litigation, providing both advisory and dispute resolution services to businesses across diverse industries.

He has represented more than 200 clients before the Madras High Court and regularly appears before State High Courts, Tribunals, the Authority for Advance Rulings (AAR), and various appellate and adjudicating authorities across India. Abdul is actively involved in developing litigation strategies and guiding clients through complex tax and regulatory disputes.

In addition to advising a broad range of business clients, Abdul serves as retainer counsel to several accounting firms across India. Prior to joining Cornerstone Law, he was a Partner at Nathan & Associates, where he specialized in banking law, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) matters, taxation, and allied laws.
