  1. Issued a Legal Opinion on Dual Employment, after considering S & E, Factories and ID Acts - to an FMCG Major at Bangalore.


2. Carried out an extensive re-badging exercise for a US held wholly owned Indian subsidiary (WoS), transferring employees from the WoS to a local GCC.


3. Put in place a comprehensive Employment Handbook with templates covering terms of employment, Offer and Appointment Letters for different kinds of resources.
