- She brings extensive experience in conducting title due diligence, drafting transactional documentation, and supporting complex real estate and corporate transactions across various asset classes including agricultural land, city properties, plotted developments, and apartments.

- Prior to joining the firm, Anupama engaged in independent practice where she managed end-to-end real estate transactions-from initial title verification to drafting and registration of transactional documents. She has worked with lndusLaw, Krishnamurthy & Co and JustLaw Advocates, where she gained significant exposure to commercial litigation, insolvency proceedings, corporate advisory, corporate due diligence, real estate due diligence and drafting corporate and transactional documents.

- She is enrolled with the Bar Council of India and has appeared before the High Court of Karnataka, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and civil and labour courts, and has drafted pleadings under the Companies Act, 2013 and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

- Anupama's academic background includes a B.A. LLB. (Hons.) from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru and she has also a Master's in Business Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Her legal training is complemented by internships at top-tier firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and Poovayya & Co., where she assisted on corporate due diligence, arbitration, and real estate matters.

- She has also presented papers and published articles on issues such as directors' duties under the IBC and arbitration procedures, and has actively participated in national and international moot court competitions, receiving recognition for advocacy and written submissions. Anupama is known for her diligence, clarity in documentation, and a pragmatic approach to property and commercial transactions.
